A. Returns Policy
Due to the natural, biodegradable, and ceremonial nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made to be used once and cannot be restocked or resold.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@urthritual.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, send a replacement.
B. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Because our products are handmade from natural materials, variations in color, texture, and form are normal and expected. These natural differences are part of the uniqueness of each item.
